How do you measure ROI in AI projects?
AI ROI is measured against a baseline using KPIs such as cycle time, quality, cost per case, adoption and risk reduction.
The most common mistake is measuring AI only by technical performance. In enterprise contexts, the real question is what changed in the operation.
That is why baselines matter. Before rollout, the current process should be measured so the impact of AI can be compared credibly after pilot or production deployment.
